The Wildstar universe has been alive and well for many years now, and the team behind the game couldn’t be happier with that fact. But, with new content always coming, they want their players to know exactly what lies ahead for them. So, they sat down and wrote out a “state of the universe” address to give you a good idea on what the team is doing, how it’ll affect your Wildstar experience, and what you have to look forward to. Here’s the breakdown.

First off, the team is pleased to see the response that was given to the “Power Of The Primal Matrix” update that was released last month. This not only gave new content but gave the game new systems that players old and new seemed to flock to. Even the dev team was diving in and seeing what they could get.

But that’s just the beginning, because the team is going to be increasing the difficulty on one of the most beloved things in Wildstar: Raids. Yes, Prime Raids are coming, and they will present new challenges in a big way. However, this will also give you the chance to get some of the best gear in the game, if you survive. Dungeons and expeditions will also get the Prime difficulty boost.

There will also be “quality-of-life” additions to Wildstar like an account-level bank and PVE Leaderboards. All of this is meant to enhance your experience and give you even more reason to enjoy the game.

Finally, the long-awaited and long-desired Community feature is coming. This feature will allow players to work together and collaborate on things in Wildstar in a way never done before. All these features, and more, will be further detailed as the year goes on and the team gets closer to testing them. So stay tuned to Wildstar to find out when they will arrive.
