Developers of Star Wars: The Old Republic are no strangers to revealing details through live streams, and this was the method of choice with patch 5.2. The dedicated stream revealed a number of new implementations that would be introduced to the game, and you can find said stream at the bottom of this article.

Whilst the update won’t be bringing about class changes, there will be team boosts introduced following the release of patch 5.2. Also following the release of patch 5.2 will be the chance to get Tier 1 equipment from the respective boxes, allowing players to buy tokens from merchants. Fans can also expect to see the return of certain companions, including both Quinn and Elara. The latest update includes a new daily zone, which will be available after the passage of the plot has been completed.

Its worth noting that even should your faction be supported to lokath, you will not be able to create a group with players from other factions. The eight season of PvP has been extended to many players’ delight, though a date has apparently yet to be confirmed as to when it will end. The 5.2 patch for Star Wars: The Old Republic is expected to be introduced at some point tomorrow on Tuesday April 11th. In order to gain access to the content, players will require a level 70 character.

The latest patch will bring a wealth of new content for the massively popular MMORPG based on the Star Wars franchise, so be sure to keep an eye out tomorrow for a fresh new batch of add-ons.
