There’s a reason that Rocket League is a much-beloved game. First off, it’s very fun. Second, Psyonix keeps bringing more and more content to the game for players to enjoy. Third, and this is arguably most important, it’s clear they love their player base, because they keep listening to them, and want them to do well. So, with the release of the game on Nintendo Switch, and new gamers coming in every week, Psyonix decided to offer a little help in the form of training packs.
Now, when we say “Training Packs”, we mean that. But in a fun twist, these training packs have been made by the community itself, and then have been approved by Psyonix as worthy of your time. They even made a Steam post about it with all the codes to them. This way, you’ll be able to get a good jump on the game and pick up certain skills sooner rather than later.
Stuff you can learn in these packs include how to have very consistent shots, power hits, ground shots, ceiling bounces, aerial training, and more. It should be noted however that these packs do have difficulty levels, so we do recommend knowing your skills before for all of them.
These packs though will be invaluable for new players, and will help build up the community for head-to-head battles. After all, Rocket League is one of the few games out there to have cross-play with various systems. In this case, the PC, Xbox One, and the newly released Nintendo Switch version can all play each other in high-intensity matches.
Plus, the Switch version has all the DLC that’s come out for the game, which means all further DLC will be released across all systems, so no upperhands for any one system. It’s only the skills and experience that matters.
