The Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) mini was announced a little over a week ago, and since it’s announcement there has been a ton of speculation over a multitude of things like compatibility and if you can add more games. However the biggest of which being what the systems final game lineup will be.
It’s said to come equipped with thirty games which could be classified as the NES’s greatest hits. It includes titles like: Super Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda, Castlevania and many more exciting classing titles. It’s also been confirmed to come with an authentic classic controller, a charging USB, and an HDMI. Unfortunately it is a standalone console and lacks the ability to be connected to the internet (true to the original) and it also can’t be connected to any computers or external hard drives.
This means that adding other games to it would be impossible. It has been confirmed that if players seek two-player action they can purchase a Classic Controller Mini, which is also compatible with the Wii and Wii U.
If you consider yourself a original NES fan this seems like something you need to get your hands on for 59.99 on November 11th. For more details visit Nintendo’s official website.
