Crowd Control Productions (CCP) has added new skins in the New Eden store to surprise all the EVE Online players and fans across the globe. For the first time in the New Eden store, the amazing Independent Gaming Commission (IGC) skins are available for the masses.
The new skins will be available in the New Eden store from March 21st to April 4th, after which they will be removed, however you can still find the skins in-game or trade them at the player market. According to the CCP developer Phantom in his original post, the skins have “sharp, yet elegant contrasts between tin gray, orange, lapis blue, and gunmetal black.” At this time, they are available for three ships: Cormorant, Caracal, and Drake. Should players be interested in skins for other ships, several of them are already available only by winning tournaments, such as EVE_NT Championship, and because of their low availability and valor, they will remain as a tournament prize, and won’t hit the market in near future.
The Eve Online skins will cost 800 Aurum (AUR) and you need to follow several steps in order to purchase them, but nothing too complicated that will make you lose interest. All you need to do is log into Eve Online, and of course, have the right amount of AUR (Lowest amount of Aurum that you can purchase is 900 for $4,99). Once you’ve covered this, you’ll need to enter the New Eden store by pressing ALT – 4 or use the Neocom in the game. For the last step, select your desired skin carefully, and once you’ve purchased it you can find it ready in your redeeming system.
Remember that the promotion of these skins lasts only for two weeks, and you have just the amount of time to decide whether you want to roam the galaxies using one of these special new skins.
