New Overwatch Comic Titled Ana: Legacy

Fans of Overwatch are probably aware that a new hero was introduced last week. Her name is Ana and she is a sniper as well as the mother of  Pharah. This character has already received quite a bit of critical acclaim, despite not even being playable for that long. Blizzard has released a motion comic titled Ana: Legacy detailing some of her backstory. It’s similar in narrative structure to the short Legacy Comicfilms they released prior to the game’s launch.

As always with any piece of Overwatch media, the art is simply incredible. As the lore of this world thickens it’s nice to see that Blizzard is still supporting media outside of the game to help flesh things out. This is arguably one of the least narrative-heavy games they’ve developed, but media outside of the games still allows the world to live.

Overwatch has also had many cinematic CGI movies showcasing the lore of characters like Tracer, Widowmaker, and many more.

Overwatch is available to play on PS4, Xbox One, and PC and is sold both digitally or through most video game retailers. For more information on Overwatch as well as access to the comic Ana: Legacy, feel free to visit the source link below to Blizzard’s own official release of the comic.
