London to Host eSports Industry Awards

A unique celebration will be taking place in just under a fortnight, as The Brewery in London is set to play host for the inaugral eSports Industry Awards. Attendees for the event will include a mixture of the best eSports players, journalists, photographers and brands as well as  a host of celebrities, cosplayers and Youtubers will gather together for the special evening.

The independent venture from NewBay Media and MBN events is joined by several recognisable commercial partners. The awards’ headlining partners will be the online streaming service NOW TV, who will be joined by the following award partners:

  • Snugg – eSports Photographer of the Year
  • Xbox/Windows Lock Up – PC Player and eSports Team of the Year
  • GinxTV – eSports Live Event of the Year
  • Gillette – eSports Commercial Partner of the Year
  • Domino’s – Streamer of the Year
  • Omen by HP – eSports Journalist of the Year

NOW TV’s Retail Marketing Controller David Turner commemorated the finalists for the industry, who commented: “As the headline partner of the eSports Industry Awards, NOW TV would like to congratulate this year’s finalists and winners on their industry leading achievements. To help the winners celebrate, we will be giving each of them a NOW TV Sky Cinema Pass for a year and one for them to giveaway to their UK fanbase to share in the excitement.”
