Legacy Of Discord Helping Angel Wings Project At Gamescom 2017

Video games is a global business, but that doesn’t mean that the people that make the games can’t give back to the world itself. And that’s exactly what’s happening with Legacy of Discord developer Yoozoo Games. According to a press release, they’re teaming up with a charity event called the Angel Wings Project during Gamescom 2017 in order to help the charity Disabled People’s International. It’s one that speaks to what the game really is – a way for people to fly – and now they’re hoping to help others fly in their own way.

In Legacy of Discord, especially their recent expansion “Furious Wings,” all characters are born with the ability to fly. And the Angel Wings Project is a charity that is meant to help those who are disabled get through life and be able to potential ascend back to old ways if possible. So to help with this, Yoozoo Games is holding a special even that started a few days ago, and will continue until August 26th.

What’s more, at Gamescom, Yoozoo will have playable games, exciting interactive events, YouTube stars and a special charity event at their B2C booth in Hall 10.1, B040. And for every time someone posts about Angel Wings on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram with the hashtag #SpreadYourAngelWings, the team will donate 99 cents to the charity.

“We appreciate the enthusiasm and patience of our players. Yoozoo will create a comprehensive entertainment experience by creating more heroic stories and working with global partners. We will also shoulder more social responsibilities.” says Liu Wanqin, head of GTarcade and Vice President at Yoozoo Games.

Legacy of Discord has already established a global reputation. In fact it’s the most grossing ARPG in Europe and the US. So for them to team up with the Angel Wings Project is a big boost for it. So, if you’re at Gamescom this week, be sure to check out all the events, and help out a worthy charity.
