Riot Games has often tried to make League of Legends a more personable experience. From doing community Q&A’s, to trying to make the game as fun as possible for all who play it. But also, they try and make sure that groups of friends who play LOL are able to interact with one another even when off the game, so they have introduced the Friends App.
However, fans have asked for some changes, and Riot has decided to give it to them via a free update. As noted by the team, the League of Legends Friends app already has a lot of features. One of them being Profiles, but as fans have noted, they were kind of terrible. So, with your thoughts in mind, they updated it to give you the feeling you believe the app should have.
For example, there is a now a “Profile Overview”, where you can both see your friends ranks, as well as behold your own, thus being able to compare to see where you rank among them. Also, you can see champ mastery scores, most frequently played champs, and buddy notes.
Next, you can view Match History, where you can see all the stats for any friend’s games. Whether it be what champs they played as, item builds, CS, K/D/A, spells, game duration, etc. For 200 IQ players, you’ll find a link that’ll go to a webpage with a full breakdown of the match.
The League Friends app also offers you the chance to see your friends list, add new pals, and chat one-on-one, or chat in your Clubs. There has never been a better time to get the League Of Legends Friends App.
