Killing Floor 2 Coming to Xbox One in August

Tripwire Interactive, Deep Silver and Iceberg Interactive have announced that Killing Floor 2 will be coming to Xbox One on August 29th, 2017.

The popular survival shooter will be available for $39.99 / ₤29.99 / €39.99 on both Xbox One and Xbox One X at launch, with both consoles including the full game and the previously released content packs with The Tropical Bash, The Descent and elements of The Summer Sideshow.

The Xbox One and Xbox One X versions will come with exclusive content, including the ability to spray zeds with liquid nitrogen with the Freezethrower weapon, as part of the Survival Perk. You’ll be able to customize the Freezethrower with eight exclusive skins, as well as having exclusive access to the Wasteland Armor cosmetic uniform, which itself boasts five skin styles fo you to choose from. The Tragic Kingdom map, Weekly Outbreak Game Mode and two new weapons with the HZ12 Shotgun and Centerfire Lever Action Rifle will also be included. The Xbox One X version will support 4K, with high resolution textures, shadow maps on overall increased performance.

Tripwire has also announced that Killing Floor 2 will feature customized support for Microsoft’s streaming service Mixer, which gives viewers the chance to join in the action in live streams.

The smash hit shooter will arrive next month on Xbox One, bringing the carnage to a whole new audience who will hopefully embrace what has made the Killing Floor series so popular in the first place. Prepare for plenty of killing time on August 29th, Xbox One fans!
