Football Manager 2018 Coming In November

Sports are a multi-billion dollar industry, and as such, the business aspect of it is just as important as anything that takes place on the field itself. Sport video games have long been a major part of the gaming industry, but some have pushed to go far beyond just playing the game on the field, rather, they want you to be a part of every single inch of that business, from the top to the field/pitch/court/rink. And for SEGA, they’re raring up to release the next in their line of sport management titles: Football Manager 2018.

Football Manager 2018 (soccer on this side of the Atlantic) allows you to be a part of the legendary clubs of the world, and then run that club the way you want. How will you build your team? How will you train them? Take care of them? How will run them when they’re on the field against foes? These are the questions that the game asks and forces you to answer. Because in this game, you’re not just playing the game, you’re managing every aspect of it.

Because sports don’t end when the game is done, it’s just beginning. If a player is hurt, you need to help heal them, if you can. If your team isn’t performing well, you’ll need to do moves to make them better. Football Managers 2018 will give you the chance to do just that, and prove your worth as a manager.

The game is coming out November 10th for PC, Mac, and Linux. But, if you pre-order the game ahead of time, you’ll be able to do pre-season play and get a jump start on your season! But also, if you have Football Manager 2017, you’ll get a 25% discount on the purchase of the 2018 version if you buy via Steam or the SEGA store.
