If you’re like me, rhythm games are what dreams are made of. From Dance Dance Revolution to Crypt of the Necrodancer, to Theathrythm Final Fantasy, there are many different types of rhythm games that incorporate a lot of varying mechanics from other genres. A prime example of this is on the way in the form of Klang, which is set to launch on Steam on September 22nd.
The visuals are stunning, with the game having a 2.5D appearance, and a very large world. The game is stylized in a way that some might find to be reminiscent of Asura’s Wrath or Furi.
Its blend of style and promise to bring an interesting, rhythmic gameplay experience should bring high hopes to those who love a good dancing experience. Here’s what the developers had to say:
:”In Klang, players assume the role of an elite rave warrior trying to escape the evil Soundlord Sonus. Players must battle their way through increasingly challenging levels, timing every attack to audio-visual cues and an original score composed by EDM artist, bLiNd.”
If this doesn’t get you somewhat excited, I don’t know what will. Klang will launch on September 22nd on Steam.
