A new statue popped up on the Bethesda merch store and Fallout fans might recognize the subject. Titled “Sole Survivor Statue”, the figure depicts a blue-suited rifle-wielding man mid-stride with a German Shepard at his side. The statue stands 21 inches tall and is hand-painted by what the description calls “skilled artisans”.

“This limited-edition collectible statue fully embodies the trust and perseverance these partners rely upon from each other to survive in this strange wasteland…”

Fallout 4 Dogmeat Survivor StatueWhen Fallout 4 was first released, it exploded onto the scene as a chaotic, violent, and fun addition to the Fallout series. It stands at 84% on Metacritic, so it is no surprise that is widely loved. This Sole survivor Statue is definitely not the first bit of Fallout 4 merchandise, but it might be one of the most expensive at $400 USD.

Originally created by artist Kim Bangcola, the statue comes in a “Deluxe Full-Color Box” and has a Hand-Numbered Base. Along with this, purchasers will receive a Validation Card to allow for future matching numbered statues to be reserved for them.

Currently, the statue is only available for “deposits” of $100 USD on the Bethesda website. Once it is available for shipping, purchasers will have to pay the $300 difference plus shipping and handling to wherever they live. In addition, there are only 1000 statues available for purchase, so if you want one, you will have to act fast!

Expensive hand-painted statues are not an uncommon practice in the world of video games. Blizzard is quite widely known for their statues, the most recent of which being their Overwatch collection. Mech-piloting D.Va was the last hero to receive the treatment, which you can check out here at MMOexaminer. If this Fallout 4 Sole survivor Statue is more your speed, then be sure to take a look at it on the Bethesda merch store page.
