TourneyCruiser1920x1080New EVE Online Alliance Tournament has been announced and it will start on November 5th, 2016. Even though this date is way ahead of us, some aspects of the tournament have been revealed. The prime structure of the tournament will be the same as last year’s, but there might be something new in the future. Unfortunately, we will get informed about the details as the due date approaches.

But, for now, let us focus on the information that we know. As mentioned earlier, the bone structure of the tournament will be similar to the last year’s which means that we will see a clash of 64 different alliances in double elimination matches. These matches will be spread across four weekends.

Regarding the coverage, EVE TV will broadcast only the final two weekends. We are kind of sad to not be able to see the official coverage for earlier weekends, but maybe something changes in the future.

If you want to be part of this epic event you will have to be a part of the alliance that participates in the Tournament. The schedule is strict and you need to be a member by the July 1, 11:00 UTC. Since EVE is giving enough time for all players to move to their alliances they will not make any exceptions for anyone who misses the deadline. If you already know that you will be late you can file a ticket to the support team, but before the deadline.

If you by any chance missed earlier Tournaments you can watch them on their official YouTube channel.
