ZeniMax Online Studios and Bethesda Softworks are hard at work preparing for the release of the upcoming Morrowind expansion to The Elder Scrolls Online. Just today, they announced the addition of a new 12-player PvE challenge known as the Halls of Fabrication.

The Elder Scrolls Online – Halls of Fabrication

The Halls of Fabrication content update brings players to the mysterious Clockwork City with magic almost pouring out of its walls. Recently, deadly automata have begun traversing a strange conduit to wreak havoc upon the land of Vvardenfell. Players will band together in groups of 12 to enter the city, find the Halls of Fabrication, and shut down the ancient production of its arcane weapons.

Fans of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind can get ready for a special treat, as Divayth Fyr makes his cameo appearance in The Elder Scrolls Online in order to guide your party through the Clockwork City and offer helpful advice on how to survive its challenges. According to the development team, the level of teamwork and organization required to successfully complete this new trial is beyond what they have ever designed for in the past. According to the Dungeon Lead, Mike Finnegan, the team hopes that the new content will be “a full group experience.”

There are plenty of new rewards to be gained in this new dungeon, including a whole new item set, a new skin, and unique furnishings. The Halls of Fabrication will be available this June, along with the rest of the Morrowind content. For full details on the impending update, head to the official site for The Elder Scrolls Online.
