The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind was released today on Early Access for those that pre-ordered the expansion. Along with 30 hours of gameplay, the new content also brought along three new houses for players to purchase – Ald Velothi Harbor House, Amaya Lake Lodge, and the Saint Delyn Penthouse. These homes can be purchased with in-game gold for those with the Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind DLC or with crowns for all players.
The Saint Delyn Penthouse is the “inn” or free home available in the Morrowind expansion. It is essentially a small one-room apartment in the heart of Vivec City. Its size should not be a deterrent though, as the beautiful mosaic ceiling and detailed walls are definitely a selling feature.
Ald Velothi Harbor House is a medium-sized lot. It is done up in the traditional Redoran “bug” manner with a shell-like exterior design. The house is 3 levels tall, though much of the space is in the outdoor area. Close to the Ashalmawia and Arkngthunch-Sturdumz ruins, this home is definitely marketed towards adventurers who like a little excitement right on their doorstep.
The home has a large living space with two small room off to the left of the house. The upper level is one single room and there is some space in the basement level as well. Outside, the garden features a well and small storage shed, all surrounded by a massive stone wall to keep out any unwanted guests. You can pick it up unfurnished for 322,000 gold or 4000 crowns. The furnished option comes in at 5000 crowns.
The Amaya Lake Lodge is advertised as a large home, boasting 4 floors, a large amount of square footage, 2 large balconies, fully equipped stable, storage shed, well, and room for a garden. This home is definitely a status symbol, coming in at 1,300,00 gold or 7000 crowns unfurnished. The furnished option is slightly more pricey than the other option at 8,800 crowns.
There’s not much to say about this home other than that if you’re looking for space, this is the property to get. The outdoor space is massive and though the square footage is broken up into 4 levels, there’s still no shortage of space indoors either.
