ArtCraft Entertainment, the developer behind the upcoming sandbox MMO “throne war simulator” announced a new update that was made especially for the players that own a Crowfall Kickstarter pledge package. The packages were given to supporters of their original Kickstarter campaign.
While the Crowfall team was checking their old Kickstarter rewards, they noticed that some of them don’t go along with the current systems of the game. So of course, the first thing they did was update it. This update just goes to show how much the Crowfall team appreciates their backers that helped support Crowfall while the game is still going through development.
If you are one of the players that do have the Kickstarter package, you probably have noticed how many rewards you’ve been receiving lately. But one reward in particular didn’t really make sense, and that was the “Reserve Unique Character Name,” available to the backers that own the Bronze pledge package and above. Some changes that have been made since the Kickstarter led the team to use a player’s account name as their unique identifier. Because of this, they decided to replace the reward with an Arkon Greatsword Relic.
If you really want to change your name, you can do so by emailing a list of four to five names to the Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. They will take care of the name change by giving you the first name available on the list.
For the Gold, Amber, and Sapphire backers, you will soon get an email from Support in order to get your promised rewards. The rewards of these backers include “Name a Fallen Hero,” “Name a Fallen Monarch,” and “Name a Location,” which gives the players the opportunity to name something inside of the game as long as they’re approved.
