What makes a game successful? Is it the team that makes the game that makes the good product? Is it the sales that show it made a profit? Or, is the players who not only enjoy it, but spread word about the game so that other people can enjoy it too? This is a debated question, but for the team at Crowfall, they have no doubt that it’s their community that will make their MMORPG special. For despite being in alpha still, the game has a very loyal gamer community.

This community not only talks about the game a lot, doing streams to show off content or talk about new events, but they also create fan fiction, host special events of their own, anything to help build up both the community and Crowfall. What also makes it so special though is that the team behind Crowfall know they’re there, and often participate with them if they can. So, they’re going to honor those people by making a special group: The Crow Circle.

What is the Crow Circle? Well, players of the game are called Crows (affectionately) by the team. And this special group will be home to those Crows who stream Crowfall to their friends and supporters in order to get the word out about it. They want to build up the community through these streams, thus will rewards players who do it.

Rewards for doing so include access to a special Discord Forum, upgraded test status for the alpha, bi-weekly chats with the Crowfall team, getting their streams hosted on the Crowfall channel, and more!

Now, there are a few catches to this. First, you have to have an active account in the game, you have to have been on the streaming service for more than three months, and have more than 250 followers. There are other rules too, so be sure to check them all out before submitting yourself for the Crow’s Circle.
