Those of you eagerly anticipating the upcoming MMORPG MMORTS hybrid game Crowfall will be pleased to receive yet another update from the developers to the founders.
A few announcements about upcoming features and balances came directly from the developers. The new inventory system, for instance, is now fully functional. Most of the major bugs have been removed, and so that transition will go underway with the next update.
For this weekend’s test, they’re launching a complete rework for the Knight archetype. Given that it was the first of them to be implemented. An update will be revealed later to give more details on the specifics of the rework.
The Templar, a brand new archetype, will also be added to the game. The developers have made it abundantly clear that they have no interest in gender locking their archetypes. Those that have been gender locked in the past have been for the sole purpose of testing specific animations one at a time, so they could work out bugs and kinks early on.
The housing sale is being extended to February 27th. This way, players can enjoy their opportunity to buy interesting parade homes at a spectacular discount.
Perhaps the biggest news is centered around the Eternal Kingdoms. This update is huge, as it will allow players to use the kingdom builder tool. It also allows players to log right into the worlds they’ve built as playable game servers.
It’s an exciting time to be a Crowfall fan, with most of this major content coming later this month.
