Almost inevitably, cheat software has sadly reared its ugly head for open-world survival game Conan Exiles. The developer of the software, who shall remain unnamed, has released a series of hacks which can affect the game in a number of ways.
Operating on Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10, these cheats provide a number of ESP (Extra Sensory Perception) hacks to the game. These will alter Conan Exiles in more ways than one, enabling player, NPC humanoid, wildlife and environmental ESP hacks. In relation to this game in particular, in a nutshell it provides a cheat overlay which allows you to see where players, enemies, chests and other loot items are anywhere in the world. Of course, knowing where your enemies are at all times gives an unfair advantage, particularly when it comes to combat.
Whilst the hacks predominantly focus on ESP, there are other game-altering features that involve custom crosshairs, player warnings and the ability to force daytime. It may seem nice to add your own splash of colour into the barren wastelands of Conan Exiles, but a paid service to hack the game for your own gain is something that honest players should keep an eye out for when playing the PC version.
Hacks are nothing new to these kind of games by any means, but its worth raising awareness that there is software out there that is giving those who choose to indulge the upper hand. The question is to whether spending your hard earned pennies on game cheats is entirely up to you, but for the sake of the game’s integrity and functionality, it might be worth avoiding if you stumble across it.
