Summer has brought upon the gaming market many different puzzle games. Besides puzzlers such as GIGA WRECKER and Typoman, the gaming industry has another game for us to cover. Clockwork is an upcoming platformer developed and published by Gamesoft. Gamesoft has recently introduced us to the gameplay by releasing their own gameplay trailer, showcasing the world, graphics, and characters.

Clockwork is based in a mechanical city named Watchtower. Atto, the main character, is a boy living inside of a mechanical body preventing the great plague from spreading. He has a pocket watch that he always keeps by his side. Out of a sudden, a mysterious figure emerged from the pocket watch. That figure is Milli, Atto’s sidekick that has special abilities and can manipulate time. Milli decides to assist him as they try to cure the world of evil. The time-manipulation mechanic will be your main source of solving puzzles as you travel across Watchtower.

The game doesn’t look good. The graphics are pretty terrible compared to the popular puzzlers but the gameplay and the story can make this a less of a problem. Hopefully, the team at Gamesoft made sure that the game rewards the players in some way after solving tricky puzzles.

The game should be coming soon to Steam. If you are interested in Clockwork be sure to visit their official site for more information.
