We are coming towards the end of November now, meaning that the Christmas holidays are coming fast. Well what better way to celebrate the occasion for Attack on Titan fans than throwing in some seasonal weapons and costumes for Attack on Titan: Wings of Freedom?
This latest content pack for Attack on Titan is Acknowledge Christmas brings a Christmas weapon set featuring ODM gear, a new blade and a scabbard for the low price of £1.59. If you’re really feeling the Christmas spirit this year, shell out a little more for £9.59 which gets your team a brand new set of outfits, with seasonal motifs for sets for the characters Eren, Mikasa, Levi and Armin. The “Christmas” costume set DLC will add a holiday flavour to the Titan-inhabited battlefield. There will also be an Costume All Set coming in December, which will feature all 16 costumes including Mikasa’s “Summer Festival” Costume. The weapon set will also have a Christmas motif and will be available from the Equipment Supply Station.
Erwin Smithgame is based on Hajime Isayama’s manga series of the same name, following the events of the Manga 1-19 with additional scenarios for key characters. The characters in the game include protagonist Eren Yeager, Mikasa, Armin, Jean, Conny, Sasha, Krista, Levi, Zoe and Erwin. Initially players are only able to choose from three characters, before unlocking more as the game progresses.
Meanwhile, the Attack on Titan Anime series is set to continue next year. Confirmed by the producers back in 2014, the second season of AOT is scheduled to air sometime in Spring 2017. Speculated plot lines suggest that Mikasa gains incomprehensible powers after being eaten by a powerful Titan, whilst another hints at an in depth look at the history of the Survery Corps.
The Acknowledge Christmas DLC for Attack on Titan: Wings of Freedom is now available to download on Xbox One. We are awaiting confirmation of its availability across other platforms.
