Overwatch is a great game, I think we can all agree on that. It’s one of the greatest action-packed multiplayer games ever made. The only downside to the game is the price. The game costs USD 39.99. It is pretty pricey and free trial mode could be a major solution for this problem.

Well, we have got good news for the gamers that are waiting for their monthly paycheck. Dataminers at the Public Test Region(PTR) have discovered some information related to the game receiving a free trial mode. Three important pieces of information have been dug up, according to Overwatch dedicated site Overpwn:

  1. Sorry, the Overwatch Free Trial is not available at this time.
  2. Group members using trial cannot enter competitive play.
  3. Not available for trial.

According to this, we can only assume that the game will soon have a free-to-play mode added in the future. Hyped gamers that haven’t decided whether to spend a lot of money on a video game will be worth the risk can now confidently judge themselves.

There are many cool things that are being added to the game right now. We’ve made an article earlier about another awesome upcoming feature that Blizzard implemented in the game. If they continue updating their game and interacting with the community at this rate, Overwatch will surely climb on top of the gaming market.
