Hey everyone! Welcome back to another MMOverview! This was a pretty big week in news!

No Man’s Sky, the widely anticipated space exploration title has finally gone gold and received a release date. Step no_man_s_sky_wallpaper_purple_planet_by_blue_staple_studios-d90qlnainto this procedurally generated world on August 9th. The game’s soundtrack is also composed by 65daysofstatic, so that’s a crazy huge bonus.

The long-awaited Kingdom Hearts 3 has finally been given a release window of April 2017. Of course, as this game has shown us, this is subject to major change.

There’s a new comic available for the World Of Warcraft: Legion expansion. It’s free to read as well.

We also MMOExamined Riders Of Icarus as it’s now in open beta stages.

team-fortress-21Team based shooter Team Fortress 2 has been given a new game mode. Its quickplay mode has been replaced with casual mode, which will be unranked.

We also had an interesting Tavern Brawl this week. The intricate Optomitron brawl in Hearthstone utilized some of the mana optimization elements to give players more control of their draw. I’d definitely check that out still if you haven’t had the chance, and win that free pack.

Finally, for our RetroNight we had a good look at Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 2 for the GameCube and PS2, as that game was a major leap for fighting games. Especially DBZ themed ones.

We’ve had a good week for news, reviews, and other content alike. So if you enjoyed, make sure to come back and keep reading. This will likely be a large news week as well.

This has been your MMOverview for 7/10/16. What was your favorite news story this week? Anything you’re particularly passionate about? Feel free to leave a comment below. Check out some of the open beta games we talked about this week, and if you’re looking for something to play, check out Riders Of Icarus.
