Patch 1.4.1 has gone live in AdventureQuest 3D, and with it comes many new features for players to behold. Not only that, but the team behind the game took the time to outline what future patches and updates are in store, giving you a good glimpse into the future of the MMORPG.

First up, the names of creatures and NPCs are now going to be shown above the character models. As a plus, their names will be different colors depending on what they are and what their personality is. This means that if their name is in red they are aggressive, and orange is neutral. Green is friendly, and those characters can even help you fight monsters. If they’re blue, that means they’re passive and cannot attack or be attacked.

Also, player characters will have different color names as well. White means it’s a real player, teal is a white hat, blue is a tester, green is a moderator, and gold is a developer/admin. So be sure to remember all the colors so you know what you’re dealing with.

As for bug fixes, you can expect changes in areas like Lidra’s dialogue, which is now fixed. The teleporter crystal to Battleon is now fixed, so you can get there if you want. You can no longer get stuck in Travel Forms, so that’s nice. You can clear your chat log, and much more.

In regards to the future of AdventureQuest 3D, you can expect not only Ashfall Part 2, but fixes to it as well. For those wanting less of a grind in the game, you can expect an XP curve to happen. Plus, there will be additions to the interface too. And that just scratches the surface of the what the developers outlined.

So as you can see, there’s a lot coming in the future for AdventureQuest 3D. Be sure to be on the lookout for more news.
